Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Artini UK.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, purchases, workshops, children's classes, private events and use of the Artini UK website. By making a booking, purchasing a product or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Artini UK provides creative experiences including Sip & Paint events, private workshops, children's art classes, original artwork, prints and other creative products.

Throughout these Terms, "Artini", "we", "our" and "us" refer to Artini UK.

2. Bookings

Bookings for events and workshops can be made through our website or other authorised booking methods.

Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Places are limited and are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices may change without notice, although confirmed bookings will not be affected.

Payment must be completed before attending an event unless a payment plan or alternative arrangement has been agreed.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Unless stated otherwise, bookings are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend an event, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where circumstances allow, we may offer:

  • a transfer to another event;

  • the opportunity to send someone in your place; or

  • a credit towards a future booking.

Transfers are offered at our discretion and cannot be guaranteed.

If Artini cancels or reschedules an event, you will be offered either:

  • a transfer to another suitable date; or

  • a full refund.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

5. Private Events

Private event bookings may require a deposit.

The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed date before the event takes place.

Specific arrangements for private bookings will be confirmed when your booking is made.

6. Children's Art Club

Children attending Mini Artini Creative Club must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.

Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that all registration information is accurate and up to date, including:

  • emergency contact details;

  • medical conditions;

  • allergies; and

  • any additional support needs.

This information helps us provide a safe experience for every child.

Mini Artini is designed to provide an enjoyable, creative and inclusive environment for all participants.

Where a child's behaviour or support needs significantly affect the safety, wellbeing or learning of other children, and those needs cannot reasonably be supported within the group setting, Artini reserves the right to withdraw the child's place from future sessions.

Any such decision will always be made fairly, sensitively and in the best interests of all children involved.

7. Collection of Children

Parents or authorised adults are responsible for collecting children promptly at the end of each session.

If someone different will be collecting your child, please let us know before the session begins.

Repeated late collections may result in additional charges or withdrawal of a place where appropriate.

8. Health & Safety

Artini is committed to providing a safe environment for everyone attending our sessions.

All activities are risk assessed where appropriate.

Participants must follow reasonable instructions given during workshops.

Parents and guardians must inform us of any relevant medical conditions, allergies or additional needs before attendance.

We cannot accept responsibility for issues arising from information that has not been disclosed.

9. Photography & Video

Photographs and videos may occasionally be taken during workshops and events for promotional purposes.

Images of adults may be used on our website or social media unless you ask us not to.

We will always obtain parental or guardian consent before using identifiable photographs or videos of children.

10. Behaviour

We want every Artini event to be welcoming, inclusive and enjoyable.

We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave if their behaviour:

  • puts others at risk;

  • is abusive or threatening;

  • damages equipment or property; or

  • seriously disrupts the session.

Refunds will not normally be given where a participant is asked to leave because of unacceptable behaviour.

11. Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for their own belongings.

Artini cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal items.

12. Event Changes

Occasionally we may need to change:

  • venues;

  • timings;

  • instructors;

  • workshop content; or

  • materials used.

Where significant changes are necessary, we will notify affected customers as soon as reasonably possible.

13. Online Shop Orders

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and prices are accurate.

Colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, prices or availability without prior notice.

14. Shipping

Where physical products are sold, delivery times are estimates only.

Delays caused by delivery companies or circumstances outside our control cannot always be avoided.

15. Returns

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with UK consumer law and our Refund Policy.

Where products arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

16. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, teaching materials, worksheets, photographs, logos, branding, website content and creative resources remain the intellectual property of Artini UK unless otherwise stated.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our written permission.

17. Website Use

You agree not to use our website:

  • for unlawful purposes;

  • to interfere with the operation of the website;

  • to attempt unauthorised access to our systems;

  • to copy or reproduce website content without permission.

18. Privacy & Responsible AI

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy & Responsible AI Policy.

This explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information and how artificial intelligence may be used responsibly within our business.

19. Limitation of Liability

Artini takes reasonable care to provide safe, enjoyable and professionally organised events.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in our events or use of our website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

20. Force Majeure

Artini shall not be liable for cancellations, delays or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • severe weather;

  • illness;

  • venue closures;

  • government restrictions;

  • transport disruption;

  • power failures; or

  • other unforeseen events.

Where possible, we will offer an alternative date or suitable solution.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on our website and will take effect from the date published.

22. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
