2. Purchase Options

Painting Events

Tickets are sold on a per-event basis
Full payment is required at the time of booking
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received

Kids Creative Club

The Kids Creative Club operates on a monthly payment basis
Fees must be paid in advance of the sessions
Your child’s place is only secured once payment is received

3. Cancellation by Customer

Painting Events

Tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable
If you are unable to attend, your ticket cannot be transferred or refunded

Kids Creative Club

Monthly bookings cannot be cancelled once payment has been made
No refunds or credits will be issued for:
- Missed sessions
- Partial attendance
- Changes in personal circumstances

4. Cancellation or Changes by Artini Uk

Artini Uk reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or change the location of any event or session.

If this occurs, you will be offered:

A full refund, or
The option to transfer to an alternative date or session

5. Transfers

Transfers are not guaranteed and are offered at the discretion of Artini Uk
Any approved transfers must be arranged in advance

6. Commitment to Sessions

By booking:

You are committing to attend the scheduled session(s)
You understand that spaces are limited and reserved specifically for you
You accept that missed attendance does not qualify for refunds or rescheduling

7. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional cases, Artini Uk may consider requests outside of this policy at its sole discretion. There is no obligation to provide refunds or transfers in such cases.
