1. Painting Events

All tickets purchased for Artini UK painting events are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

  • The event is cancelled
  • The event is rescheduled
  • The event location is changed

In any of the above cases, you will be offered:

  • A full refund, or
  • The option to transfer your ticket to the new date/location

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You change your mind
  • You are unable to attend the event for any reason

2. Kids Club

Bookings for the Artini Uk Kids Club must be paid monthly in advance to secure your child’s place.

Refunds for Kids Club sessions will only be issued if:

  • A class is cancelled
  • A class is rescheduled
  • The location is changed

In these cases, you will be offered:

  • A refund for the affected session(s), or
  • The option to transfer to an alternative session

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Missed sessions
  • Changes in personal circumstances
  • Withdrawal partway through a paid month

3. General Policy

By purchasing a ticket or enrolling in the Kids Club, you agree to this refund policy.

Artini Uk reserves the right to make changes to this policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website.
